4.2 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources may be returned and your account suspended pending investigation.

11.2 You may close your don555 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance that is not subject to active withdrawal restrictions will be returned to you via your verified payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
11.3 Upon termination of your account for any reason, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by the applicable legal framework governing the don555 platform's operations.
12.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit don555's rights to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
